Yoga class
What better way to start the day than an early morning Yoga Class (for beginners). The class is for approximately 45 minutes, and will be held early in the morning outside on the Meke Lawn. They say yoga practice can improve health, fitness – and feeling good, not to mention flexibility for those interesting poses. You may not achieve all this in one lesson tho! (15 max)

Mini massage
Enjoy a lovely indulgence to harmonise body and mind; a 10-15 minute head & shoulder massage while you rest in one of the cabanas along the beach. (60 max)

Village tour
An opportunity to experience local village life. Walk along the beach to Sanasana village where you will be welcomed with a kava ceremony and meke dance performance, and then have a tour of the village (visit approximately 90 minutes). (2 groups of 50)

School visit
See how the local school children learn in Fiji when you take a mini van to visit Malomalo School. You will have an opportunity to meet the children and teachers and take a look at their school life.

Basic ‘Learn to Dive’
A brief introduction to the underwater world! A twenty minutes lesson in the dedicated dive pool, and then be taken out to the lagoon where you can explore the marine life below. (2 groups of 5)

21 JUNE – SORRY FULLY BOOKED

Snorkel Safari
A forty-five minute excursion that starts with a trip to the outer reef on a boat for a snorkel experience where much of the marine life, such as clown fish, an array of coral, maybe a turtle and the occasional reef shark can be seen. (13 max)

21 JUNE – SORRY FULLY BOOKED

Coral planting
Help regenerate the reef in front of the resort by working with the marine biologist at Intercontinental to plant new coral and clams, and build fish houses which will ensure the reef is there for all to share in the future. (20 max)

Cooking Class
A chance to feed the body as well as the soul. Take a class (approximately 2 hours) with Intercontinental chefs to learn how to make Fijian dishes such as kokoda which can be easily replicated when you return home. (2 classes of 30)

Golf Driving Range
Work on your swing so you are ready to play on the championship golf course! One hour at the driving range – maximum 15 people at any one time.

Ambrose Golf

What can be more fun . . . or competitive . . . than Ambrose golf. 2 hours – 9 holes – and a whole heap of fun. Even if your golf isn’t “up to par” you can join in and have a great round.
