Extensions Travel Options

We are delighted to be working again with Nover on the Star Partner 2010 Trip to Queenstown!

The following are just a few of my suggestions for pre and post travel extensions in New Zealand. Whether you are a newbie to the sport or a seasoned pro perhaps consider an extra few days for skiing or snowboarding in Queenstown. We also have a special 2 night tour from Queenstown into Doubtful Sound and then to overnight in the “8th Wonder of the World”, Milford Sound. This experience is not normally available in winter so we’ve created a special opportunity especially for Nover delegates. If you like touring, and the scenery changes in New Zealand every hour or so, maybe take a rental car or motorhome from Queenstown and travel up the West Coast or via Mt Cook and fly home from Christchurch.

New Zealand has lots to offer with many amazing sights, so your travel extension choices are endless. Therefore if you have a destination in mind that we haven’t listed here then please give me a call and I’ll be happy to plan and cost an itinerary especially for you.

We look forward to hearing from you.

If you wish to extend your stay in New Zealand or change your flights from the main Nover Trip dates it will cost NZD$35 per person to book outside the group flight allotments. This is in addition to any airfare difference applicable.

Today’s economy sees fuel costs and exchange rates fluctuating on a daily basis. It is important to note the strict rules and conditions for ticketing imposed by the airlines on us. Airline quotes for extensions/changes can only remain valid for 24 hours. After this time the ticket(s) will need re-quoting based on that day’s exchange rate/fuel surcharges.

All prices are in NZ$ and are current at time of printing. Prices are subject to change depending on availability, currency fluctuations or supplier surcharges.

You will be picked up and dropped off at your accommodation each morning and evening. No meals are included in the tour price however stops are made throughout the day where food can be purchased.

This is their most popular daily departure and one of the jewels in the crown of New Zealand's scenic treasure chest. Just getting there is half the fun, with magnificent coastal views. Take time at the renowned Punakaiki Pancake Rocks, a guided walk through the subtropical rainforest and time to explore an isolated beach while hearing about the ecology of the seabirds and plants. Arrive back at your accommodation at 6.00 pm.

Traditionally the most English of the NZ cities, Christchurch has plenty to remind visitors of Christchurch’s Anglo past with a grand Anglican cathedral rising from a stately square, punts gliding down the Avon River, and trams rattling along Worcester St. While there check out High St’s hip café scene and the Arts Centre.
