A wide selection of local tours & activities have been updated on this website and we suggest you book these as soon as possible as August is a busy time in Queenstown and we don't want you missing out on your preferred choice.
Should you or any of your party be forced to cancel, you must advise Go Conference & Incentive Management in writing. A cancellation fee of AUD$50.00 per person will apply, plus any charges levied by our suppliers, up to 100% of the total tour price.
Name changes will incur a NZD$100.00 per person fee. Please note no name changes are permitted within 30 days prior to departure date.
GO Conference & Incentive Management can arrange travel insurance while you are away. A special (optional) personal travel insurance has been negotiated at NZD$40 per person for the trip (covers 5 days). Additional days at NZD$8 per person can be added for travel extensions.
